1. Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy applies to audituniversepro.com, including its English-language and research pages.
The controller responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is Peter Beko, operating under the name AuditUniversePro, at the contact details shown above.
2. Website hosting and Cloudflare
This website is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure.
When you access the website, technical information necessary to deliver, operate and secure the website may be processed. This may include your IP address, requested URL, date and time of access, browser and User-Agent information, HTTP headers and other technical connection information.
Cloudflare is used for website delivery, performance and security purposes. Further information is available in Cloudflare's privacy and data-processing documentation.
3. Cloudflare Email Address Protection
The website may use Cloudflare Email Address Protection to reduce automated harvesting of publicly displayed email addresses. This functionality is used for spam and abuse prevention.
4. Contact by email
If you contact AuditUniversePro by email, the information you provide is processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. This may include your name, email address, message content, attachments and technical email metadata.
Where your inquiry relates to a possible contractual relationship, the data may also be processed in order to take steps requested by you before entering into a contract.
Data is retained only for as long as required for the relevant purpose or applicable statutory obligations.
5. Contact by telephone
If you contact AuditUniversePro by telephone, information you voluntarily provide may be processed for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or discussing a potential business relationship.
Technical connection information may also be processed by the respective telecommunications providers.
AuditUniversePro does not record calls unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Research checklist request
The research page allows visitors to request the 5-Signal Self-Check by entering an email address.
The email address is transmitted to MailerLite for the purpose of delivering the requested resource.
Email addresses collected through this form are not treated as subscriptions to a general AuditUniversePro marketing newsletter or automated course-sales sequence. For technical delivery, the subscriber may be assigned to the MailerLite group “Research Readers”.
One email with the checklist. No course pitch, no spam.
7. MailerLite
AuditUniversePro uses MailerLite for processing checklist requests and delivering the requested email.
Data processed in this context may include the email address, subscription and delivery timestamps, MailerLite subscriber/group information, and technical information generated during email delivery.
MailerLite acts as an external service provider involved in the processing of this data. Further information is available in MailerLite's privacy policy and data-processing documentation.
8. Email measurement
For the current Self-Check Checklist workflow, email open tracking is disabled.
MailerLite currently routes links contained in the delivery email through its own click-redirection infrastructure. As a result, MailerLite may record information about link clicks made from the email.
AuditUniversePro does not use this checklist workflow to send an automated marketing or course-sales sequence.
9. Legacy contact infrastructure
AuditUniversePro's technical infrastructure contains a legacy contact endpoint at /api/lead. The currently audited Hungarian and English public website interfaces do not use this endpoint.
Historical contact data remains stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The stored information may include name, email address, website, message, consent indicator, source path, User-Agent, record identifier and creation timestamp.
The legacy system also contains a configured server-side webhook capable of forwarding contact information to an external destination. The legacy infrastructure is currently under review and is not used as the active research-checklist submission mechanism.
10. Website analytics
AuditUniversePro does not currently use a first-party website analytics system on the audited pages. If website analytics are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before such processing is activated.
11. External links
The website contains links to third-party websites and services. When you follow such a link, the destination provider is responsible for its own processing of personal data under its respective privacy policy.
12. Data retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or for applicable legal obligations.
13. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions of the GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
Requests can be sent to info@audituniversepro.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
14. International processing
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, appropriate transfer mechanisms required under applicable data-protection law must be used. The applicable arrangements depend on the provider and service configuration in use.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when services, technical infrastructure or processing activities change. The current version will be made available on this website.
